Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

We currently ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Crisp Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
